Paper Talk: Toure on verge of a move to Inter; Kovacic, Mascherano and Pjanic remain on Juve’s radar

Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure is edging ever closer to a move to Inter. Corriere dello Sport reports this morning that the imminent sale of the club to the Suning Group will see the 33-year-old Ivorian heading to Serie A next season. The Chinese will officially take a 70% majority stake in the nerazzurri on Monday and Toure will be their first purchase.

The writing has been on the wall for the player ever since it was confirmed that Pep Guardiola was taking charge next season. The two men had a frosty relationship at Barcelona which prompted the Catalan tactician to sell Toure to Manchester City in 2010. He now looks set to be re-united with his former boss Roberto Mancini.
