Paper talk: Juve vs. Spurs for North Korean ace, Balotelli wants AC Milan return?

This morning’s Italy papers are packed with transfer news and there are a few hot updates on Juventus and Mario Balotelli.

La Gazzetta dello Sport’s front is ‘dominated’ by the picture of the former Manchester City and Liverpool striker who is currently in fine form with Nice. The contract of the Italian star expires at the end of the season and the paper claims Balotelli’s Serie A return is a possible future scenario.

AC Milan is always on Balotelli’s mind but the rossoneri did even prevent him from meeting his former teammates in Milanello this past December which means that at the moment the Serie A giants would not be open to sign him.

Napoli is also a possible future destination for the troublesome Italian striker who has 18 goals in 23 appearances in all competitions so far this season.

Meantime in Turin Juventus have set their sights on both Edinson Cavani and Stefan de Vrij. According to Il Corriere dello Sport Cavani could push to leave Paris at the end of the season as he still not on very good terms with Neymar.

Juventus have made no contact to sign him yet but are monitoring the situation and could make an offer in the summer should Cavani hand in a transfer request.

The Old Lady is also interested in signing Cagliari starlet Han. The North Korean ace is currently out on loan at Perugia but Juve will soon meet Cagliari to discuss his potential summer transfer. Cagliari president Giulini, however, is not interested in closing a deal for Han now because he is aware of the interest of Tottenham and Liverpool.
