Milan beat Inter 3-0 in the Milan derby boosting their hopes of getting a Champions League placement at the expenses of their ‘cousins’ as well as Fiorentina who are currently ranked third in Serie A.

Diavoli president Silvio Berlusconi had not attended a Milan game since last November, before this evening and he has apparently chose the right match to make his San Siro comeback.

The 80-year-old was pictured by Ignazio Abate while celebrating derby win in the Rossoneri dressing room after the game.

Talking to journalists in front of a restaurant not too far from San Siro he admitted that Alex, Bacca and Bonaventura were the best players on the pitch to him adding that Sinisa Mihajlovic’s position is now ‘more stable’, but also that ‘life of managers is always linked to results.”
