Pjaca’s move to Juventus could be done by Thursday

Marko Pjaca did not play yesterday’s Champions League play off tie with Dinamo Zagreb officially because of fever, unofficially because he’s move to Juventus is just a matter of time.

Juventus have denied that the player will undergo medical in the next few days, but seeing Pjaca sidelined for such an important game for his clubs seems more than strange.

It’s worth adding that UEFA rules allow any player to play the play off stage and the Champions’ League group stage with two different teams, which means Pjaca could have played yesterday night's clash without affecting his chances to play the best European tournament for clubs with the bianconeri.

Juventus have almost closed the deal, they have agreement with the player and have agreed the transfer fee with Dinamo Zagreb, though they still need to specify the payment methods. Pjaca’s € 25 million move to the J Stadium could be announced by Thursday.

The Croatia International had been a target of Inter, AC Milan and Napoli before Juve made their move to sign him last week. Pjaca has snubbed move to Napoli and AC Milan, whilst he denied he had reached agreement with Inter two weeks ago.
