Premier League: Pep Guardiola's Manchester City win the title
The Premier League has reached the final game of the season but many teams have nothing but pride left to fight for. There is still a title race at the top but it can only grow dramatic if Manchester City are to struggle against Brighton and Liverpool can beat Wolverhampton Wanderers.
At the other end of the table, Cardiff, Fulham and Huddersfield have already been relegated and therefore have little to play for today.
