Premier League news: Liverpool eye Brazilian striker, Shanghai SIPG enter race for Kante
Reports from Portugal suggest that Jurgen Klopp has made approach to sign Benfica’s striker Andreson Talisca whose market value is believed to be around £ 21 million.
The German tactician is planning to sign the 22-year-old striker with proceeds from the sale of Christian Benteke to Crystal Palace.
Liverpool are confident they’ll manage to close both deals in short while as the Reds have reportedly already applied to get Talisca a working visa.
In the meantime, N’Golo Kante’s move to Chelsea or Manchester United could be under threat. Former England coach Sven Goran Eriksson wants to bring the French International and to Shanghai SIPG.
The Chinese club are rumoured to be preparing an offer in the region of £ 35 million. Kante, joined Leicester City one year ago in a £ 4 million deal.
