PSG bid €25m for Juventus, ex-Liverpool target
They are set to compete with Juventus, who have star left-back Alex Sandro on Chelsea’s transfer radar. Were the Brazilian international to leave, Max Allegri would consider replacing him with Guerreiro.
He was chased by Liverpool last summer, having been one of Portugal’s better players as they triumphed at Euro 2016. The full-back has since done very well for himself in the Bundesliga.
PSG need to replace a player as important as Maxwell, who has been at the club for a while and is getting old.
The Portuguese star was bought last season from Lorient, and could be tempted to return to Ligue 1. He was signed for only €12.5m, and has a deal running until 2020.
The 23-year-old has scored nine goals in all competitions, and has added four assists with the Bundesliga giants.
