PSG set January asking price for Juve and Barcelona target

Adrien Rabiot has been a name mentioned frequently in transfer rumours over the past few months, stretching back to interest from Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur, Liverpool and Barcelona in the summer, as well as Juventus.

Rabiot has been engaged in a contract stalemate with Paris Saint-Germain, with his current deal set to expire in 2019. According to what has been reported by Le10Sport, PSG are now aware of Rabiot’s choice not to renew his deal and therefore have set a January asking price of €40m for the Frenchman to be sold as soon as January.

Otherwise, PSG face losing their midfielder on a free transfer next summer – with Juventus and Barcelona sure to be keeping an eye on the Frenchman at all times. PSG may lower their asking price as the January window progresses, eager not to lose their man on a free – or perhaps the Parisians are still somewhat confident of a renewal.
