Raiola reveals Ibrahimovic's plans for the future

The future of Swedish striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic remains a puzzle. The 35-year-old was in scintillating form last season for Manchester United but a serious knee injury picked up in April in a Europa League tie against Anderlecht has cast doubts over whether that future will be at Old Trafford.

The player’s agent, Mino Raiola has been talking to TalkSPORT in the UK and he too was not giving too much away on where he feels his client will next pull on a pair of football boots, stating that; ““There is a possibility [he stays] but also that he does not. We have talked; he has a lot of offers and ideas that we have to evaluate.”

“He’s had a fantastic time at United and it’s now up to us and the club to decide. We have a date for that but now is the time to recover.”

Asked whether Ibrahimovic wanted to stay at United he replied; “He wants to stay in England and at the top. If he sees he is a valuable asset for United he will stay. But he knows he can valuable asset for other top clubs also. I think it is respectful to talk to Manchester United and see what all parties want."
