Real Madrid pounce on Alexis: What could it mean for Tottenham?

Alexis Sanchez's possible move to Real Madrid next summer could mean a move away from Tottenham for English superstar Harry Kane, reports say

It is said that Florentino Perez is desperate to lay his hands on Sanchez, whose contract at Arsenal runs out at the end of the season and he will be allowed to leave for free if he doesn't pen a new deal anytime soon.

Real will look to start negotiating for the former Barcelona man in January such that they land him on a free transfer next summer, leaving Arsenal to pounce of Karim Benzema.

In the absence of Benzema, Los Blancos would be left without a proper number nine, despite the availability of both Cristiano Ronaldo and Sanchez in the side. That could propel the men from Santiago Bernabeu into making a move for Harry Kane, who has lit up the Premier League over the past three seasons.

This operation could be beneficial for Real, not just in terms of the quality of the players but also because of the fact that the amount they will spend will be low.
