Real Madrid reveals ‘Marcelo was drunk’ during Real Madrid Champions League celebrations

Real Madrid have just won their third Champions League in the last four years. The La Liga giants are the most successful European club having already won 12 Champions League in their history.

The Merengues trashed Juventus 4-1 in Saturday’s Millennium Stadium final with Cristiano Ronaldo who claimed the spotlight scoring two goals and ‘booking’ the next Ballon d’Or which would be the fifth in his career.

Talking to Spanish Radio Onda Cero, Real Madrid legend Roberto Carlos revealed a few details about Real Madrid’s celebration inside the Millennium Stadium dressing room.

“Marcelo was absolutely drunk”, the former Brazil defender revealed.

“He kept asking everybody why they were wearing t-shirts with the number 12 printed in there, he is absolutely crazy, he’s not ok with his mind.”

Marcelo was one of the best players on the pitch. The Brazilian provided some great defensive coverage at the back and delivered the assist for Asensio’s goal at the end of the game.
