Real Madrid to challenge Chelsea and Man City over the signing of Juve star defender

Real Madrid are interested in signing Juventus star Leonardo Bonucci as the Champions League winners aim to replace their former centre-back Pepe who has left the Bernabeu to join Psg as a free agent. According to reports in Spain, the Merengues have identified the 30-year-old centre-back as the best replacement for their former Portuguese star.



Bonucci is one of the most wanted defenders in the world with Chelsea and Manchester City that are also being linked with a move for the experienced defender.
Calciomercato.com exclusively reported yesterday that Chelsea are ready to offer € 55 million to sign the Juventus star with Bonucci who is likely to be offered a stunning € 7 million-a-year deal.

​Talking to media yesterday, Juve DS Beppe Marotta said Juventus won’t try to keep players who are not happy anymore in the club, which means they could be open to sell Bonucci if the player pushes to leave the club.
