The Chinese consortium is interested in buying 70% of the Rossoneri for €500 million, plus another €100 million to invest on players. Their plan? To bring back Rudi Garcia, who led AS Roma to two second-place finishes in Serie A action.

Garcia has three players he wants to bring in: Mehdi Benatia of Bayern, Rio Mavuba of Lille (who is 32, however) and... Gervinho, last heard of playing for Hebei Fortune.
