Report: Fonseca favorite for Everton job

Reports from British Daily Mirror suggest that Shakhtar Donetsk boss Paulo Fonseca is currently in pole position to replace Sam Allardyce as the Everton boss.

The 45-year-old Portuguese coach, who was born in Mozambique, was also eyed by French giants Paris Saint-Germain recently, but Everton believe that he is the man to kick start a new project at Goodison Park with bright, young players in the side.

Fonseca has previously managed Porto and Braga too.
