REPORT: Fromer Spurs target Franco Vazquez is practically a Sevilla player
The Italo-Argentine playmaker is set to move to the Sanchez Pizjuan for around €15 million, with chairman Maurizio Zamparini previously trying to delay things so that he could get a better deal from the Premier League. We had previously received reports of West Brom matching the Rosanero's higher price.
The 29-year-old had long been linked to AC Milan, too, but it appears that the delay to the club's sale to a Chinese consortium has completely frozen its transfer dealings.
