Report: Juventus want Icardi amid Chelsea links

According to the latest reports out of Italy, the Bianconeri have joined several teams in the race for Inter's Mauro Icardi.

In fact, as reported by reliable Juventus source Romeo Agresti, the Turin based side are interested in bringing in the Argentinian striker, even though the €110m release clause is only valid for foreign teams.

To make this happen, then Juventus would have to sell one of the big names up front, for example, Gonzalo Higuain who potentially could join Sarri at Chelsea.

However, with that said, it would be an almost impossible deal, although ti could be the biggest transfer upset since Higuain left Napoli for Juventus.

Chelsea are also interested in signing the striker this summer and would be willing to include Alvaro Morata in a deal, as they aren't ready to pay the full €110m that Inter are requesting for Icardi. Morata wants a return to Italy and it would be a good deal for both parties if Icardi really wants to leave.

Real Madrid have also shown their interest in Icardi in the past.
