Report: Maldini to be confirmed in AC Milan management

In the next few days, Leonardo is likely to leave AC Milan, given the lack of autonomy on the transfer market after the arrival of Ivan Gazidis at the club. Despite this, and the probable arrival of Luis Campos in Leonardo's place, Paolo Maldini will be confirmed by the club ownership.

As reported by Gazzetta dello Sport, for Elliott and the CEO Gazidis, the former captain is a precious figure to maintain a recognizable identity, which is why he will not follow the fate of the sporting director but will continue to work at the club.
