Report: Napoli star on the radar of Arsenal and Tottenham
According to the latest reports out of Italy, Mertens is on the radar of two Premier League clubs, with the transfer market approaching fast.
As stated by La Gazzetta Dello Sport, Tottenham and Arsenal are interested in the Belgian's services, although it seems unlikely that Napoli would sell their star.
