Revealed: the Man Utd star offered to Juve by Jorge Mendes

According to what has been reported by Ciro Venerato, the market expert at Raisport, in addition to James Rodriguez, Jorge Mendes has proposed Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea to the Bianconeri, as the Spaniard’s time with the Red Devils looks like it could be finally coming to a close.

De Gea has entered somewhat of a contract stalemate with United, with it suggested that if United cannot tie the keeper to a new deal, he could leave when his current contract expires next summer. Real Madrid have also been linked to De Gea but the possibility of him remain in Manchester is another option that cannot be ruled out.

Despite having both Szczesny and Perin in their squad, Juventus have failed to truly replace Gianluigi Buffon, who left for PSG on a free in the summer, with a goalkeeper of equal, or near-equal, quality.
