Revealed: the two players Barcelona want to sell in January

Barcelona are looking to selling two of their midfielders in the winter transfer window, Fichajes.com reports.

One of them is Brazilian midfielder Rafinha. The versatile midfielder, however, has picked up a new injury and has already undergone another surgery. Rafinha, has been on the sidelines since April and his injury setback will probably prevent Barcelona from finding interested suitors in January.

The player had been linked with a move to Juventus and AC Milan last summer but the rossoneri ds Massimiliano Mirabelli revealed last month that the Diavoli had never approached the player’s entourage nor Barcelona.

The La Liga giants, however, hope interested clubs will knock their door in the coming months asking to welcome Rafinha’s services.

The other name on the blaugrana list of departures is Andre Gomes. The Portuguese centre midfielder is not a regular starter at the Camp Nou and has failed to justify his € 35 million price-tag during is one-year spell in Cataluña.

His agent Jorge Mendes has offered him to Juventus, Inter and AC Milan but as of today each one of these Serie A clubs have rejected the chance to sign him.
