Robinho is a Milan player, but Santos are asking for money. The Brazilian club referred to the FIFA rules and want compensation for both Diego and Robinho. The rule is about a so called "solidariety mechanism", that is, money given to the clubs who trained young players. According to FIFA, Santos may get 4% of the registration that Milan paid to City, and 3% of what Juventus paid to Wolfsburg for  Diego.

Thus, Milan should give Santos 720,000 euro and Juventus 465,000 euro... we'll see.
