Roma and Liverpool agree Alisson fee: Player set to fly to UK to finalise move

AS Roma had initially rejected Liverpool’s 75 million euros offer plus bonuses for their goalkeeper Alisson Becker.

There has been an acceleration that took place since last night and it seems to have led to a final agreement between the two clubs for Alisson Becker. The Giallorossi were hoping and waiting for Chelsea to revive their offer.

However, the Blues decided against doing it and thus giving a clear advantage to their English Premier League rivals. Liverpool are ready to hand Alisson Becker the No 1 shirt once he joins the Reds in the summer transfer window.

The Brazilian goalkeeper left Sardinia - where he was on holiday with his family after the efforts of the World Cup - and landed a few hours ago in Rome. Now he expects AS Roma to agree a deal with Liverpool. He will the fly to England for medical operations and join Liverpool for 75 million euros and become the most expensive goalkeeper in the world.
