    Chelsea keep on tracking AS Roma midfielder Radja Nainggolan, and today the English club offered €40 million, but the giallorossi refused. After the departure of Miralem Pjanic, the club’s president James Pallotta has no intention to renounce to another key player.
     
    However, it’s not sure that the Blues will renounce to the Belgian international; the 28-year-old is admired by Antonio Conte, who wants to bring him to Stamford Bridge.
