Roma shows how not to handle penalty kicks
Diego Perotti has been their designated spot kick taker for more than a year, but that changed last night. After missing a penalty against Cagliari last week, Perotti was replaced by Edin Dzeko. It was a costly decision as the Bosnian missed and Roma lost by a goal.
Dzeko is a striker whose greatest asset is his height, not his foot. They erred, with tragic consequences, when they replaced Perotti after a single miss.
