After failing to convince new coach Paulo Fonseca in the pre-season preparations, 28-year-old defender Davide Santon is ready to leave Roma after only one season with the Giallorossi. So far, there are several offers for the former Inter man: Real Sociedad, Mallorca and now SPAL, who late last night requested the full-back on loan from the Roman club. Santon joined Roma last summer as part of a swap deal for Radja Nainggolan, moving alongside youngster Nicolò Zaniolo.
