- Panathinaikos-Ronaldinho: deal!
Ronaldinho’s days in Brazil may be numbered as the former Milan, Barcelona and PSG ace is considering a move to Greek champions Panathinaikos. According to Mundo Deportivo, the player will travel to Athens next month and is expected to sign a one-year contract. The Greek club is currently going through a takeover which could see Sultan Bin Abdul Aziz AlSaud stepping in. The new owner would then invest over 30M Euros to bring the Brazilian to Greece.
- Palermo offload Bacinovic?
Palermo boss Devis Mangia has never been a big fan of Armin Bacinovic although the Slovenian midfielder has just recently returned in the Rosanero starting formation. Rumours suggest that Aston Villa may be interested to sign the midfielder and have already enquired with his agent. But in order to do so they will have to get there before Fiorentina, which are now in pole position for the player thanks to the good relationship between Bacinovic and new Viola manager Delio Rossi.

- Free agents available from June 2012
The list of free agents who will be available come June 2012 is incredibly long. CM believes that considering the international financial crisis several big clubs will be looking to snap up players for free next year. On the other hand, many other clubs will be glad to reduce their wage budget. At Milan the following players could all be available by next summer: Clarence Seedorf, Gennaro Gattuso, Mathieu Flamini, Alessandro Nesta, Mark Van Bommel and Filippo Inzaghi. Inter, instead, only have Christian Chivu and Walter Samuel. Juventus will wave goodbye to Amauri, Luca Toni and Alessandro Del Piero. Roma are looking to renew Daniele De Rossi’s contract but may see Stefano Okaka, Cicinho, Simone Perrotta and Gabriel Heinze leaving the Olimpico. Other interesting names available from June 2012 are: Riccardo Montolivo (Fiorentina), Giuseppe Mascara (Napoli) and Fabrizio Miccoli (Palermo). Italian clubs will also be able to look around Europe for bargains like: Ruud Van Nistelrooy, Michael Ballack, Raúl, Michael Owen, Pablo Aimar, Dmitar Berbatov, Nicholas Anelka, Didier Drogba, Thomas Rosicky and Eric Abidal. That’s not all: Andrei Arshavin, Jefferson Farfan, Tranquillo Barnetta and Nicolas Lodeiro will all be free agent next season.
- Agent: Thiago Motta staying at Inter
Thiago Motta’s agent, Dario Canovi, denied any link between his client and Genoa. The Italian international will see his contract expire soon but is happy in San Siro although Marassi is for him like a second home. “I have received no offer from Genoa,” said Canovi. “I also heard about Roma being interested but that’s not true. Thiago is delighted to be an Inter player.”
- No Pranjic for Lazio, says Rummenigge
Bayern Munich ace Danijel Pranjic has been linked to Lazio lately but Karl-Heinze Rummenigge claimed the player is not for sale. He also excluded the departure of Ivica Olic. “We are not selling anyone because we are competing in three different competitions and need our full squad,” explained Rummenigge.
- Felipe back to Udinese?
Brazilian defender Felipe is struggling to become a regular at Fiorentina and could leave the Viola in January. According to reports, Udinese would be interested in bringing him back to the Stadio Friuli. But Bologna and Bari have also been linked to the defender.
- Fabio Lopes waits for Milan
Fabio Lopes has turned down an offer from Parma despite a one-week trial at the club. The player despite being impressed by the city and the club feels the contract offer was not up to his standards. Lopes will remain in Italy though since Milan are reportedly interested in buying him. If the deal goes through Lopes would be delighted to become a Rossonero. Otherwise, he will travel back to Portugal and will take into considerations offers from: Málaga, Granada, Atlético Madrid and Benfica.
