Sacchi warns Donnarumma: 'He will regret AC Milan exit’

Former AC Milan and Italy national team manager Arrigo Sacchi has written a column about Gianluigi Donnarumma’s decision not to sign a contract extension with the rossoneri. Donnarumma will see his contract expire in 2018 and it is still unknown whether he will leave AC Milan in the summer or if the Serie A giants will keep him at the club losing him for free at the end of the year.
“Donnaruma’s decision has been a really surprising one for me. I am astonished by his lack of gratitude and doubts are mounting in my mind over his human integrity and over the future of his career.”
“I can only tell him that those who chose money over AC Milan have all regretted their choices. Just look at Kaka and Shevchenko, they decided to join Real Madrid and Chelsea respectively and they regretted their choice.”
Donnarumma is being targeted by the best European clubs with Real Madrid, Psg and Juventus in pole position to sign him.
