Santos coach: "I want Gabigol to stay until December". Inter & Juve take note
The plot looks to be developing along the same lines at that of Gabriel Jesus but Inter hopes this particular transfer tale will have a happy ending as the quest to land Gabigol takes another twist.
SANTOS MAKE THEIR VOICE HEARD
Despite a proposal of €25 million for the 19-year-old striker, the player has stated that he will not be considering his future until after the Olympic football tournament where he is representing the home nation. Now the coach of his current club Santos, Dorival Junior, has fired a stark warning to both the nerazzuri and Juventus (who are also in the running) by declaring that; “If a sale must be made, it should be exactly like the one made by Palmeiras for Gabriel Jesus. There is no deal at the moment, the proposals are there but everything is on-hold. Negotiations can change but the moment there is nothing”. The coach was referring to the business done by Palmeiras with Manchester City for Gabriel Jesus where the player will not arrive at his new club until the conclusion of the Brazilian season in December.
