With Matteo Politano edging closer to sealing his move to Napoli, it seems Sassuolo have already identified a replacement for him.
 
Indeed, Neroverdi representatives are set to meet with their Sampdoria counterparts later today in order to discuss a potential move for Gianluca Caprari, who has struggled to nail down a place in Marco Giampaolo’s starting XI this season.
 
The 24-year-old joined the Blucerchiati last summer as part of the deal which took Milan Škriniar to Inter.
