Skriniar: 'No agent needed to pen Inter contract extension'

Inter star Milan Skriniar has released an interview with Sky Sport after signing a contract extension with the Nerazzurri: "I am happy to have signed a new contract, I am proud to wear these colours for the coming years. I didn't need an agent to sign it. I stopped the contact with my old agent and I personally signed the contract extension with Inter. We want to make a step forward next season. We are only three points away from a Champions League qualification. We need to reach this target first and then focus on the new season".

Skriniar, who was wanted by both Manchester clubs, didn't show any sign of regret for not joining the Premier League giants: "I was lucky last year. I didn't expect such a positive impact. The club and the fans have always trusted me and since then I've played all the games. There are no easy games in Serie A. We want to close the gap with Juventus next season but first of all we need to focus on Napoli. I still have two games left to score my first goal this season. Stefan [De Vrij] has scored two".
