According to The Sun, Southampton are set to pursue their interest in Monaco striker Guido Carrillo by offering the principality €18 million in exchange for the Argentine. The 26-year-old has earned a reputation as a super-sub under the tutelage of Leonardo Jardim, under whom he has started very few matches but scored several important late goals. He is thought to be keen on the idea of teaming up with compatriot Mauricio Pellegrino in England.
