Spain call up Asensio, Luis Alberto and Alberto Moreno

Spain have called up a number of interesting players ahead of their friendlies with Costa Rica and Russia.

Julen Lopetegui has been a success story so far at the head of La Roja, but he's included some surprise players, including Alberto Moreno of Liverpool, Luis Alberto of Lazio and Marco Asensio of Real Madrid.

The latter has scored three La Liga goals this campaign, but has still broken through very young and played very well. Luis Alberto has gone from being a player who didn't fit in at Lazio to being an untouchable midfielder, and great creative force.

Moreno, for his part, is criticized for his lack of defensive acumen at Liverpool.
