Spurs see Janssen bid rejected
According to Sky Sports, the Eredivisie club's director of sport, Max Huiberts, has let it be known that Spurs' offer wasn't high enough.
Janssen, 22, netted 27 league goals last season, and is now starting for the Oranje, too.
Tottenham only offered €14 million, when the Dutch club want €20m.
