The backstage of the Allegri’s obsession for Isco

It was 2014 when Massimiliano Allegri replaced Antonio Conte on the Juventus bench. There is a name that returns from those days, after four and a half years: Francisco Román Alarcón Suárez, simply Isco, talented wonder boy of Real Madrid bought from Malaga for 30 million euros in 2013 as a request of Ancelotti. Allegri, already at that time fell in love with the Spanish midfielder: quality, technique, game vision, feet of a genius.

Today the name of Isco is back next to Juventus because with Real Madrid things are not going very well, in particular with the new coach Santiago Solari with whom there is no feeling. Isco and Real have never been so far. Next summer his transfer is more than possible but the price remains very high, the clause of the player is about 700 million and Florentino Perez does not want to make discounts or gifts.

In 2014, during one of the first meetings between Allegri, Marotta and Paratici, the coach made the name of Isco as the main desire. Juventus made an attempt, but the Spanish midfielder remained in Madrid. Today the story has changed, but Allegri still dreams to train Isco. During the summer of 2019, Paratici will do his best in order to make Allegri’s wish become true.
