This could be the Rodriguez and Biglia week: Milan want to close both deals as soon as possible
They will be presenting Kessié (on social media) tomorrow as they will then focus on closing deals for Ricardo Rodriguez and Lucas Biglia.
RODRIGUEZ' SACRIFICE - Rodriguez is ready to take a 30% pay cut (compared to what he is making at Wolfsburg) and he also turned down Schalke 04's offer as he only wants Milan. Wolfsburg were looking to get 22 million euros for him but Milan have offered 15 million euros plus another few million euros in bonuses to get him considering the fact that his contract will be expiring in 2018.
BIGLIA ALSO WANTS MILAN - Biglia's situation is similar to Rodriguez' since he also wants to try a new experience and he really likes the Milan project. Lazio have been offering him a similar contract to the one Fassone and Mirabelli offered him (2.5 million euros per season) as he too wants to join Milan. Lazio are asking 25 million euros for him which is high consering the fact that he does not have much time left on his current contract and this is why Milan do not want to go over 22 million euros (with bonuses) for him.
In both cases, Milan are pretty confident as they want to close two other deals soon ...
