Torino closing in on double signing of Laxalt and Verdi

Italian Serie A outfit Torino are closing in on the double signing of AC Milan left-back Diego Laxalt and Napoli striker Simone Verdi, as per Tuttosport.

The Turin-based outfit are in the market to strengthen their defensive line and attacking unit ahead of the next season and have identified the duo as a perfect fit.

Laxalt’s departure from the Milan-based club was initiated with the arrival of Theo Hernandez from Real Madrid in a reported fee of €20 million.
