Transfer news: Psg give up on Allan?

Paris-Saint-Germain have been heavily linked with signing Napoli midfield star Allan but according to Le Parisien, the Ligue 1 giants don't have enough budget to sign the Brazilian ace in January.

According to the reliable French paper, Psg have a budget of € 30 million to sign players in January, definitely not enough to sign one of the most complete midfielders in Europe at the moment.
