Transfer news: Roma make January bid for long-time target of Pep Guardiola

According to today’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport and La Gazzetta dello Sport, Roma have made a loan offer to sign Borussia Dortmund midfielder Julian Weigl. The German is a long-time target of Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola who, according to reports in UK, tried to sign him last summer.

Roma want to sign the player on loan for 18 months. The offer has been submitted and the Giallorossi are waiting for BVB’s reply.
