Transfer news: Roma man open to move to Arsenal or Spurs

According to what has been reported by Tuttosport, Roma forward Cengiz Under, who has been a target of many clubs, from the Premier League specifically, is interested in a move to England, with Tuttosport reporting that the Turk likes the idea of moving to North London and either lining up for Arsenal or Tottenham Hotspur.

Both clubs are also keen on signing the forward, as Roma look set for a huge battle to hold on to Under over the coming transfer windows – as they are also having to do with the likes of Kostas Manolas and Lorenzo Pellegrini.
