According to Affari Italiani, Rafael Van der Vaart is tempted to move to Milan for the next season.

The talented Dutch midfielder is looking to end his relationship with Tottenham and would be delighted to join Serie A after having played in La Liga and Premier League.

Reports suggest his wife Sylvie wants to move to Milan in order to increase her opportunities to work in the fashion business and also because of that the former Real Madrid player could offer his services to the Rossoneri.

    • Giovinco to Zenit?

Sebastian Giovinco continues to be at the centre of transfer speculation and now has even been linked to Zenit St. Peterburg.

The Italian midfielder is co-owned by Parma and Juventus. Giovinco is expected to return to the Bianconeri in the summer, but an offer from the Russian outfit could change his plans…

“Sebastian is a great player and I am not surprised he has many admirers but we cannot comment on every rumour,” explained agent Andrea D’Amico.

“We would need to evaluate the offer financially but also in terms of technical project. Zenit are a great club but first of all we need to solve the co-ownership deal between Juve and Parma.”

    • Unwelcome Maradona

Argentine journalist José Alberti claimed Diego Maradona is not welcome in Napoli.

El Pibe de Oro is expected to return to Italy in order to solve his legal issues due to tax evasion and has offered his services to the Azzurri in several occasions. But Alberti believes they are not interested in having him back.

“Diego is attached to Napoli and the city, but the club doesn’t want him. The door has always been close for him,” explained Alberti.

“With Ferlaino the relationship ended badly. With Corbelli there was an attempt which didn’t work out. Now De Laurentiis is not exposing himself, perhaps he forgot that many films he produced sold a out because of Diego…”
