We've already replaced Bonucci, says Allegri

Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri has admitted that the club has already managed to replaced the now departed Leonardo Bonucci, who joined AC Milan this past summer.

Bonucci joined Milan, Juve’s Saturday’s opponents, last summer for a €42 million fee but has failed to make an impact since then. He was sent off in Milan’s game against Genoa recently and would miss the clash against the Old Lady on Saturday due to suspension.

Allegri told reporters in his pre-match press conference that his side doesn’t really miss Bonucci anymore. The former Milan boss said:  “The replacement for Bonucci? We already have three, besides Chiellini will play between Barzagli and Rugani.”

Allegri also talked about the problems his club is facing, with Napoli currently at the top of the Serie A charts and Juventus still at third, three points adrift of the partenopei. Allegri said: “We have a point more than last year. Napoli is doing extraordinary things. At the moment the difference between us and them is two mistakes.”
