West Ham and Inter target ‘close in’ on La Liga move
West Ham and Inter are set to miss out on Sporting CP defender William Carvalho who, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport, is close to reaching an agreement to move to Betis Sevilla. The Portugal International could replace Fabian Ruiz who has officially joined Napoli for € 30 million.
