Who is Sven Mislintat the new Arsenal scout who ‘discovered’ Dembele and Lewandowski

Arsenal are seemingly very close to bringing in Borussia Dortmund scout Sven Mislintat. He has a great track record as Arsenal will have to pay 1 million euros to get him (which is his release clause). Their goal is to acquire a top European scout who will allow them to keep finding great young talents and which would also then allow them to make solid future re-sales. Considering his Borussia track record, he surely fits the bill...

Sven Mislintat has been a key member in Borussia Dortmund's recent success of late as he was the architect of the Lewandowski and Dembele signings among others. Mislintat has allowed the club to make numerous big profit sales over the past few years as he also found players like Kagawa and Raphael Guerreiro just to name a few. According to Spanish reports, Bayern Munich also had interest in the Borussia Dortmund scout but in the end, Arsenal have seemingly won the race for him (still not official yet). He fits what Arsenal have in mind as this could be a great hire for them indeed. He was Michael Zorc's right hand man as he will surely be missed in Dortmund, that's for sure....
