Young Chelsea star pens new deal and heads out on loan
The 19-year-old impressed many during his spell with Bristol City last season in the Championship, where he scored 23 goals.
He has signed a new deal that will see him get £50,000 a week. For several weeks now Newcastle United and especially Swansea were linked with the young goal-getter, with it thought his relationship with ex-Chelsea youth academy coach and now Swans manager Paul Clement would add a factor of pulling power in him joining the Welsh side.
And now that deal has been finalised with Abraham joing the rival Premier League club on a season long loan deal.
For Chelsea he's one for the future though, and so it's good news for Blues fans that he has committed himself to the club in a contact that will see him be at Stamford Bridge until 2022.
