Zanetti :'We deserve to go through ahead of Tottenham'
Inter face a tricky situation in the Champions League, as they face PSV Eindhoven in the last game of the group stage. Tottenham will have to beat Barcelona, if Inter beat the Dutch side. If Inter drop points, Spurs will have to match their result.
Zanetti was recently talking to the official Inter Milan website and he believes that the men from San Siro deserve go through in the Champions League ahead of Tottenham.
Zanetti said: "I think Inter deserve to go through for what they did. We hope so. We knew from the time of the draw to be in a difficult group, but we were also aware of our chances. Until the end, we must be confident.
"Before thinking about the result of Barcelona-Tottenham, we will have to do our duty and win our game, because it will not be easy.
"We will have to do our best to overcome PSV Eindhoven, then wait for a positive result from the Camp Nou."
