Real Madrid, Zidane refuses to rule out Kane at the Bernabeu

Harry Kane is, once again, proving to be one of the world’s premier strikers. After netting 35 goals in 38 matches with Tottenham last season, he’s already notched 11 in 10 matches at the beginning of this one (keep in mind he went goalless throughout August).

As always, his name continues to be linked with the biggest teams in world soccer. However, as always, the Spurs remain defiant and insist he is not for sale. But, as the old adage goes, everyone has a price. Now it seems, Real Madrid may be keen on finding out what Kane’s is.

Speaking at a press conference before Tuesday’s Champions League clash between the clubs, Real Madrid’s tactician, Zinedine Zidane refused to rule out a future with Kane at the Bernabeu.

Responding to the question, “Would you see Kane in Real Madrid?” Zidane remained coy. “I do not know what will happen in the future.” But he went on to praise Kane, “He is a key player for Tottenham He is very good at everything, the best thing is that he always has the goal in his head.”

Ironically, with Gareth Bale, another former Spur, linked to teams like Manchester United, it’s quite possible that Madrid could use the proceeds from a sale to finance a purchase of Kane.
