Defender linked with way out of Chelsea
Having been out injured for a considerable period, the out-of-favour defender is thought to be departing the west-London this summer, with either a permanent transfer or loan deal both viable options.
The Frenchman has attracted the interest of both Lyon and Nice of his native country.
The two clubs have been watching the 22-year-old closely, with Nice, who finished 3rd in Ligue 1 last season, being able to offer the young centre-back Champions League football.
Lyon – who just missed out on Champions League football by finishing 4th last season - is another club with their watchful eye on the two-time-capped French international.
They would be also be an attractive destination for the Chelsea man, as they would be able to offer him regular playtime, with Zouma’s eye on next summer’s 2018 World Cup in Russia.
