Another challenge between Inter and Juve: they’re both scouting Lindelof

Not only Gabigol, Pjaca, Lichtsteiner and Brozovic. Juventus and Inter are always looking to get the best prospects available in the market and the two Serie A giants (they’ve have just met in a league game won by the nerazzurri for 2-1) are now battling out for Lindelof, our transfer pundit Fabrizio Romano has exclusively learned.

The solid-rock centre-back will not move from Benfica before summer 2017. Being just 22, he’s one of the most exciting prospects in his role and has a € 30 million buy-out clause on his contract, a sum that Suning would be more than happy to invest on a young player as they’ve already proved completing the signings of Gabigol and Joao Mario.

Inter may need a new defender after this season as Miranda will turn 33 soon, whilst there are many suitors willing to acquire Jaison Murillo, not to mention that there aren’t good replacements for the highly-rated duo.
Both Inter and Juventus are scouting the Benfica starlet and the Old Lady are also on very good terms with Benfica’s representatives. Here’s the next challenge: Juventus and Inter will battle it out for Lidelof next summer.
