    Former Roma Aquilani expected to sign with Pescara this afternoon

    Pescara are certainly surprising many with their transfer window. Having signed Jean-Cristophe Bahebeck, Simone Pepe and Robert Muric, the club's president, Sebastiani, is now very close to adding former Roma midfielder Alberto Aquilani to his midfield. 

    Numerous press reports confirm that the Giallorossi product, 32, is expected in Pescara this afternoon, having rescinded his Sporting Lisbon contract yesterday. 

    He is expected to sign a two-year, €700.000 deal. 

    Will this have an impact on Valerio Verre, who had a very good game against Napoli? The Roman is being pursued by  Udinese, Milan e Sampdoria, and is valued at around €8-9 million.
