    Benatia confides to Sky Sport reporter that he wants Serie A return

    Bayern Munich centre-back Medhi Benatia has whispered to Sky Sport Italia reporter Paolo Assogna that he wants to move back to Serie A in the summer. Assogna has revealed the contents of his private conversation held with Benatia in Rome yesterday night, when the duo met in the city centre.

    Benatia, 29, swapped Rome’s Olimpico with the Allianz Arena back in 2014 completing a € 26 million switch. His former club AS Roma and Juventus are believed to be the clubs in pole position to sign the Morocco International in the summer.

    Assogna has also reported that the capitolines are very likely to sign Antonio Rudiger to permanent deal from VfB Stuttgart for a fee of € 9 million.
